Sandpoint, Idaho – Tamarack Aerospace announced that it has partnered with 4AIR, the first and most comprehensive sustainability rating program dedicated to private aviation, to further reduce emissions associated with flying. Tamarack’s clients may opt-in on their own to participate in the program, in which 100 flights hours will be carbon neutral with the use of carbon offsets, personally doing their part to protect the global climate.

Tamarack’s clients can opt-in to offset 100 flight hours with the purchase of Active Winglets for the family of CJ1,CJ2, and CJ3 airframes, including the M2 and CJ3+ which are still in production.

The 4AIR carbon offset program provides a simplified, verifiable path to mitigating the environmental impact of Tamarack’s client’s aviation activities. Initially, 4AIR will conduct an assessment of the carbon emissions for the participating aircraft. In addition, 4AIR will acquire and retire carbon credits to ensure that they meet the criteria set by industry-leading standards and 4AIR’s rating guidelines. These credits will fund verified real-world projects to offset carbon emissions.
