The NTSB has not raised any safety concerns about Tamarack's upgrades

The NTSB has released a detailed Materials Laboratory Factual Report regarding the March 2023 CitationJet incident in Tampa Florida. The report confirms no evidence of fatigue failures; and now over a year after the event the NTSB has not raised any safety concerns about Tamarack's upgrades.

The latest report includes facts, photos, and descriptions of the components examined in the NTSB lab, including the carbon fiber winglet found in the Gulf of Mexico and includes photos of “red material transfer inconsistent with the aircraft exterior livery”. The full report can be found on the NTSB website.

As reported earlier, the aircraft that was damaged in this event has been fully restored and the aircraft owner has three aircraft with the Tamarack upgrade which are used for a combination of air charter, business travel, and personal.
