Mr. Cox received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho and an MBA from the University of Washington.
Brian Cox was named Tamarack President in June, 2018. He joined Tamarack Aerospace Group in July 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure at Tamarack, Mr. Cox has demonstrated leadership in operations management, sales planning and strategic marketing proving valuable in streamlining certification and production efforts. Mr. Cox brings 20 years of experience and his unique perspective to the Tamarack team. His experience includes strategic planning, risk and cash management, financial accounting and operations management. Over this period of time, Mr. Cox worked in medium sized and large companies within the forest products industry, including executive roles of both President and CFO. In 2018, Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter appointed Mr. Cox to the Idaho Workforce Development Council. In addition to the experience and knowledge gained during his early career, Mr. Cox served on the Board of Directors of Potlach Federal Credit Union, a regional credit union based in northern Idaho, from 1997 to 2001 and in 2014 joined the Finance Committee of the Sandpoint Waldorf School.
